Thank you for choosing proctorestore. Our proprietary applications, websites, platforms, portals, channels, and
other products and services, referred to as the App, are under the terms and conditions listed below (the Terms
or Agreement). This contract will bind you legally, whether a test taker, proctor, or test organization, and
proctorestore, Inc. (proctorestore," "we," "us," and "our").
The Terms govern your App use and content ("Content"). These Terms apply to the test taker and test organization
when the App is delivered to a college, university, school, organization, or certification administrator.
You must check these Terms periodically for revisions since we may change them for any reason. You accept the
amended Terms by using the App after any modifications.
If these Terms are breached, proctorestore may suspend or terminate App access without notice.
The App is for legal use, and users must follow local laws. Test sessions affected by equipment or network
failures are not proctorestore's responsibility.
You agree to defend, protect, and indemnify proctorestore from any loss or claim arising from your use of the App.
Users agree not to engage in various activities outlined in this section, including unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, or interference with App security features.
proctorestore aims for customer satisfaction; users dissatisfied with purchased services should contact proctorestore's Customer Service for resolution.
Users must comply with the Terms and applicable laws. Fees for App use are detailed in service agreements.
Users are bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Test takers and test proctors must provide accurate information for identity authentication.
Test Taker Computer and Proctoring:
Test takers authorize proctorestore to monitor sessions. Unacceptable behavior may lead to service denial.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
Test organizations and test takers are solely responsible for the Content they originate and transmit.
The App is made available to users under a limited license, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
proctorestore is not responsible for third-party websites linked to the App.
The App is provided "as is," and proctorestore disclaims all warranties.
Limitation of Liability: proctorestore is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions; limitations may not apply in those cases.
These Terms are governed by Virginia law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive rights. If a provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
The App is operated by proctorestore from the United States. Use outside the U.S. is at your own risk.
proctorestore may modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
